Do you like our open source software? Support us to keep it free!
For many tasks—including but not limited to systematic reviews and meta-analyses—scholars, medical doctors, journalists, and policymakers currently screen thousands of texts (e.g., scientific literature, newspapers) by hand to determine relevant texts to include in their review or meta-analysis.The future of systematic reviewing will be an interaction with machine learning algorithms to deal with the enormous increase of available texts. We therefore developed an open source machine learning-aided software—ASReview to accelerate the screening of textual data as efficiently and transparently as possible.
A team of dedicated researchers, engineers, and information specialists are working on the open source software, but development is very time-consuming and we strongly believe in open source. So, for keeping the software free and for implementing the nice-to-have features, we need your help!
For any questions or remarks, please send an email to asreview@uu.nl.
